Navigating the nervous system

Neurological disorders are the leading cause of disability and the second leading cause of death, according to data from Lancet Neurol 2019: 18(5):459-480. Furthermore, chronic neurological symptoms can be long-lasting. In order to preserve physical and cognitive function, interventions to repair and maintain the neural processes that create and maintain health should be accessible for everyone, everywhere, everyday.

Our Care Model

The goal of neurological care should be not only to treat disease but to navigate a person with a neurological conditions to both internal and external resources that can help decrease the risk of brain destruction, cognitive decline and related health problems.

The goal of our Navigation system is to help people return to daily life, fulfill meaningful roles and to optimize overall health.

This expert navigation component of Neuro E-Consult® consists of in-person and telecommunications encounters that deliver guidance regarding external neurological care resources, as well as interventions to stabilize, repair and decrease disability from nervous system disorders.

Neuro Navigation is part of our treatment strategy.

Our methodical approach involves a combination of protocols and strategies that focus is on resistance and resilience within an individual’s nervous system. We can’t change genetics, at least not yet, but we can change and mold our external exposures as well as our internal neural processes to protect our brain nervous system. This process is key to our health.
